Ouma Mmethi ETQA Secretary, I was born in Belabela. I have studied my N.D Marketing at Vaal University of Technology and started working at INSETA in June 2008 as a temporary staff assistant. INSETA gave me the opportunity to present my skills and knowledge.
		What does working at INSETA mean to you? Being able to present my skills and knowledge and in the process contributing to Skills Development in the country. Influence(s) in your life? Is knowing that I am involved in assisting stakeholders to achieve their goals. If I were president for a day I would create more jobs for graduates because job seeking is not an easy task especially if you don’t have experience. What is your favourite place? It is Cape Town. Where have you worked before? I worked in different Insurance call centres and I have found an opportunity at INSETA. What do you do to relax? I spend time with my family. Who is your hero(ine)? My mum is my heroine
