For INSETA to be able to certificate learners, the provider has to
ensure that the following is in place:
The provider is accredited for a scope of the qualification
being awarded
The assessor/s and moderators are registered with INSETA for the
qualification and linked to the provider
The National Learner Record Database (NLRD) requires that
complete records are submitted to us by the Learning Provider, failing
which the NLRD system will not accept the information. Learners must be
linked to the qualification and to an assessment date, and so the
following must be provided:
Learner details
Qualification and/or Unit Standard details
Assessor details
Internal Moderator details
Assessment dates
We are attempting to resolve this situation by providing a cd with
the uploading programme which should assist our Providers in uploading the
full information so that we can finalise this issue
Attention Providers of FET Qualifications at NQF
Levels 2- 4
Please note:
Providers of full qualifications at NQF Levels 2 to 4 are required to apply
to the Dept. of Education for registration as FET providers in terms of the
attached Government Notice.

Level 5 Wealth Management RPL Tool
The Level 5 Wealth Management RPL tool is available to the sector.
Please note that providers need to have their accreditation extended to
include the Level 5 Insurance Qualifications before they may use this tool
for credits.
