The INSETA FAIS Project Office is pleased to announce the next round of FAIS Assessement, towards obtaining credits required in terms of the FAIS Act, has commenced.
The appointment logistics partner, Imfundo, has designed the generic learning material and pilot assessments use in preparation for the assessment.

Close of registration: 20 July 2009
Second assessment: 7 November 2009
Close of registration: 26 October 2009
Basic curricula, learning material and RPL tool guides are currently available on the websites.

| FAIS fit Road Shows |
|
We will be conducting road shows this week in your area to publicize the FAIS Assessments. Details the presentation in your area are as follows:
- Johannesburg, Monday, 29 June 2009, 9am - 11am, venue at Bytes Conference Center, Bytes Business Park, 241 Third Roard, Midrand;
- Durban, Tuesday, 30 June 2009, 10am - 12pm, venue at Durban Country Club, Isaiah Ntshangase Road, Durban;
- Cape Town, 1 July 2009, 10am - 12pm, venue at Fountains Hotel, 1 St Georges Mall, Cape Town

The next rounds of FAIS Assessments will be held June 2008 and November 2008. The appointed provider is in the process of designing new generic learning material and curricula. New dummy assessments will also be provided before the next assessments for potential candidates to use in preparation for the assessments.
